Which terminal do our flights go from?
Our flights are generally from the Gatwick north terminal.

How long is the transfer?
The transfer from Geneva to Morzine takes aprox 75mins (dependant on traffic and snow conditions).

Do you have a hairdryer?
Yes, It even has one of those spaghetti twizzler ends to it. But sadly we don’t have hair straighteners.

Do you provide ski/board lessons?
Ski school and private lessons are an additional service that we do not provide. However we do recommend several of the ski schools and can organise lessons on your behalf or put you directly in contact with a school.

Do you allow Children?
Yes. However if you are coming as a family we would ask that you take sole occupancy of the chalet.

Why do you give lifts to the slope if you’re within walking distance?
We find walking in ski boots to be a nuisance. Therefore we will try to make this as small a part of your stay as possible. The shuttle service also means you can get to some of the further away lifts.

Is Lift pass included?
No. As there is a variety of passes available we leave this until you arrive in resort.
The main 6 day pass costs 179euros (plus 3euros for the magnetic card).
